Fitness is the largest web2app niche on Meta: 519,268 new ads in September 2026 from 51 brands, 13% fewer than in August. Three brands — BetterMe, WalkFit and YogaGo — launched 61% of them. Half of all fitness ads sold tai chi and a quarter sold calisthenics. Most paywalls we walked follow one template: a trial, a 4-week and a 12-week plan behind a countdown timer.
